Candida checklist



 

You may have one, several or (hopefully not) all of the following symptoms if you have candidiasis. If you have at least three - you are urged to consider an "anti-candida diet".

  • Constant fatigue
  • Brain "fog"
  • Anal or vaginal itching
  • Whitish vaginal discharge
  • Vaginal odour
  • Oral Thrush (white film in mouth or on tongue)
  • Bloating and indigestion
  • Flatulence (bowel gas)
  • Abdominal pain
  • Joint pain with arthritis-like symptoms
  • Chronic sinus drainage - not helped by antibiotics.
  • Weight loss OR gain, and the inability to change it.
  • Itching, red eyes
  • Urinary infections (not helped by antibiotics)
  • Skin rashes (eczema) anywhere on the body
  • Rashes around the groin area or inside the ears
  • Hair loss / vision problems
  • Fungus on the finger or toe-nails
